These terms and conditions apply to all ticket holders who have purchased a ticket for the Inspiring Leadership Conference. The event is organised by Inspiring Leadership Events Ltd, whose registered office is 11 Greenbox, Westonhall Road, Bromsgrove, B60 4AL. Registered company number: 10628404.
Please read them carefully as they contain important information and by purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Payment
Once a booking has been made and confirmed, this is a commitment to pay for attendance at the conference and is subject to the cancellation conditions stated below. Payment will be required within the specified terms on the booking invoice and access to the conference may be denied unless full payment has been received before the event start date.
There are two payment options:
Payment by credit / debit card
Payment will be taken at the time of booking.
A 3% booking fee is not included in the ticket price and will be added to the VAT inclusive total at checkout.
On completion of the registration a receipt is sent within the confirmation email.
Payment by invoice
Payment is due 30 days from receipt of booking, otherwise a late payment fee of £75 + VAT will be added to the total amount.
On completion of the registration an invoice is sent within the confirmation email. For group booking of 10 or more a manual invoice will be sent to you and payment must be made in one transaction.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing by email to the conference administrators at conference@inspiringleadership.org
Free cancellation is available until 60 days prior to the conference.
Please find below the % cancellation charge depending on the time of cancellation prior to event:
More than 60 days 0% charge | 100% refund
60-45 days 50% charge | 50% refund
45-30 days 75% charge | 25% refund
0-30 days 100% charge | 0% refund
Within 30 days of the conference, no refunds are available; however, ticket holders may transfer their booking to another person up until 7 days prior to the event. To do this, please contact the event organisers at conference@inspiringleadership.org
Gala Dinner tickets can be cancelled without charge until 15 May 2025 after this no refunds will be given.
Accommodation
If you book accommodation using one of our discount codes/booking links then cancellation terms will depend on the individual hotel. Please see the Hotel PDF for those dates.
If a bedroom is cancelled within the hotel's cancellation period and unable to be resold or unused due to late cancellation/no show, then you will be invoiced for the full cost of your room(s) after the conference by Blackberry Events.
General Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event if circumstances outside of our control deem cancellation to be necessary. We will do our best to rearrange dates wherever possible and will transfer existing bookings to the new dates.
We reserve the right to amend all aspects of event programmes, including speakers and session content where circumstances dictate.
Inspiring Leadership Events Ltd reserves the right without liability to refuse admission to, or to eject from the event, any person at its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who in the opinion of Inspiring Leadership Events Ltd represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the event.
For the safety of people at the event, Inspiring Leadership Events Ltd reserves the right to conduct security searches.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by Inspiring Leadership Events Ltd or the venue.
Inspiring Leadership Events Ltd cannot accept any financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred at the event.
Delegates may be filmed, photographed and audio-recorded for future publicity material.
Animals other than assistance dogs will not be admitted to the event.
Carers can enter free of charge provided that they can show proof of them being a carer upon entry.
If you have any disability that requires specific assistance, please contact us at conference@inspiringleadership.org at least 7 days prior to the event, so we can advise you on accessibility and make arrangements if required.
