For delegates driving to Birmingham, you have a choice of car parks located adjacent to the International Convention Centre (ICC). The Utilita Arena is a five-minute walk to the ICC and has four 24-hour car parks with more than 2,000 pay-and-display spaces.

From 1 June 2021, visitors arriving by car will need to be aware of Birmingham's Clean Air Zone. ICC and associated visitor car parks are located within the Clean Air Zone. Daily charges apply to vehicles entering the zone which do not comply with the zone's criteria. For further information, and to check if your car is Clean Air Zone compliant, please click here.

All levels of the venue are accessible via passenger lifts, with low-reach buttons. Every staircase in the ICC has handrails. All publicly-accessible areas of the venue are well-lit. 

Carers will receive free entry. The Carer will be requested to provide their Carer's card or the disability card of the disabled person. This includes non-visible disabilities.
