Everything you need to know about tickets, the programme, the venue and getting involved in ILEC 2027.

How much are tickets?
Early bird rates run until 1 January 2027: £499 for a single delegate and £399 for NAHT members. Team bookings start from £349 per person. All prices exclude VAT. See all prices.
Are there discounts for groups?
Yes. Book five or more delegates together and the price per person drops:
• 5+ tickets: £449 per person (save 10%)
• 10+ tickets: £399 per person (save 20%)
• 20+ tickets: £349 per person (save 30%)
What’s included in my ticket?
Full access to both days: every keynote, your choice of workshops, lunch and refreshments on both days, the networking reception on day one and the exhibition.
How do I book?
Choose your ticket on the tickets page and complete your registration online through Cvent. You’ll receive a confirmation email straight away.

When and where is ILEC 2027?
Monday 26 and Tuesday 27 April 2027 at Convene Sancroft, Rose Street, Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7DQ, right beside St Paul’s Cathedral.
What time does it start and finish?
Day one: registration opens at 10:00, and the day ends with a networking reception from 17:00. Day two: arrival from 08:30, with the conference closing at 16:00. View the full agenda.
Who attends?
CEOs, headteachers, principals, deputy and assistant heads, heads of department and other senior and aspiring leaders, from early years, primary, secondary and further education, and from multi-academy trusts.
Who’s speaking?
Confirmed keynote speakers include Jake Humphrey, Professor Damian Hughes and Sam McAlister, with more announced every month. Meet the speakers.

Who are the workshops for?
CEOs, headteachers, heads of school or department and senior leaders, plus sessions for aspiring leaders and the “unexpected” leaders who found themselves in the role. They also suit key staff from early years, primary, secondary and other settings who want to develop their leadership.
What topics will be covered?
A broad range of leadership topics, from developing your leadership style and practical skills to raising the standard of leadership in your setting. We’ll also cover matters of the moment, including AI, Ofsted and school finances.
Do I need to book workshops in advance?
Yes. Places are limited, so sessions need to be booked in advance. We’ll email you with details one month before the conference.
Are workshops included in my ticket?
Yes. Every workshop is included in your conference ticket.

What’s the nearest station?
St Paul’s on the Central line is the closest Underground station, and City Thameslink is the closest rail station. Bank, Moorgate, Monument and Blackfriars are all within walking distance. Plan your journey.
Is there parking?
There’s no parking at the venue, which is inside the Congestion Charge and ULEZ zones. The nearest car park is Smithfield Car Park, West Smithfield, London EC1A 9DS. We recommend public transport.

We want everyone to get the most from ILEC 2027. Let us know about any access requirements when you book, or contact the team.

How can I run a workshop at ILEC 2027?
We’re looking for practitioners with ideas, insight and innovation to share. Applications close on 31 December 2026. Apply to run a workshop.
Are workshop speakers paid?
Yes. We offer a travel contribution of up to £100 per person if required, plus free two-day access to the conference.
Can I suggest a keynote speaker?
We’d love to hear your ideas. Get in touch and choose “Speaking opportunities”.
