Your privacy – How we use your data

The event organisers Inspiring Leadership Events Ltd, Blackberry Productions Ltd and NAHT will use your information to process your booking and to send you updates about the event. Right to access – you have the right to access personal data and supplementary information that is held about you.

Right to rectification – you are entitled to have your personal data rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

If you have booked onto the conference this will need to be discussed with a member of the events team as this would affect your event experience. You may be refused where there is a legal obligation to hold information. This will be further explained to you upon making a request.

In addition, event organisers may use your data to contact you if you have expressed an interest in our business or the conference. Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service and the most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law).

Marketing, communications and third-party organisations

You are in full control of how we use your personal information for marketing purposes. We will only contact you if you have agreed that we can or if it complies with our legitimate interest statement. We will only send you relevant information regarding the conference. We use google analytics on to track traffic flow and user behaviour to help identify trends and improve the website.
