After clashing with Professor Rob Coe (in a good way!) at the researchED 2024 National Conference, John Tomsett set out across the country to spend time with truly great teachers, to try to pin down what those teachers had in common that meant their pupils make great progress. With the help of Rosenshine and Furst (1971), in this session he explains what he found out and why he is still good friends with Rob!
