Tim Brighouse, who died in 2023, was one of my education heroes and was, for 20 years, one of my mentors. In his various leadership roles, he has had a positive influence on the lives of thousands of people and he left a lasting legacy. This session will discuss what we can  learn from his approach to system leadership and will also consider, hypothetically,  what Tim, at his best, would be focusing on in 2025 and how he would be doing it.
