Through the Exploitative-Ethical-Redemptive framework, participants will assess their organisation’s current approach to DEI and explore practical strategies for embedding redemptive leadership practices. We will examine why traditional DEI efforts often fall short and how a reimagined, values-driven approach can create sustainable impact.
