In this session, Hywel will share a manifesto of promise around the 'lived' curriculum in schools. Too often children are 'delivered to' and as a profession we have realised that that is not enough. Combining narratives of leadership, learning and joy, Hywel will share his ideas around 'botheredness', and its key principle that if children feel part of a community, they won't drop out. The session will be research-informed, warm, useful, and grounded in optimism.
