Explore and reframe your people-pleasing tendencies
What will they think?" - LIVE coaching workshop to explore and reframe your people-pleasing tendencies that are getting in the way of your effectiveness and eroding your resilience
Have you ever procrastinated on a decision out of fear that people won't like it? Or, held back on offering constructive feedback out of fear of upsetting someone? Or stayed awake all night worrying about disgruntled staff who are questioning your leadership because you asked them to try something new?
One of the hardest things to do in leadership is make and communicate unpopular decisions and deliver feedback that may be hard to hear. It takes a huge toll on leaders' wellbeing and erodes their resilience.
In this workshop, you will be guided to think deeply about the narratives that drive your most unhelpful people-pleasing tendencies and the thinking loops you find yourself hostage to. You will be invited to re-write narratives that will serve you better and enhance your ability to 'let go' of what is out of your control. You will leave with a practical way forward to practice when you are next faced with a difficult decision.
