Martin is a former Headteacher and a highly sought-after Leadership Expert. He is regarded as a ‘Black Belt’ of Teaching and Training and manages to bridge the gap between Research and Practice. He works with schools to develop bespoke school improvement processes. Martin has provided training to large organisations such as MATs, LG, and NAHT. He is well regarded for delivering keynote speeches and whole-school, long-term change programmes. He regularly co-presents with Professor John Hattie on the Visible Learning conferences. 
His work has led him to host and present at World conferences and he works internationally with schools in Spain, Brazil, Denmark, Norway, Australia, and many more. He successfully adds value to leadership teams.
