Anna Kyrk is a teacher and leader with over 20 years of experience in schools, and the founder of The Project Hub. She works alongside schools to build values-driven cultures where relationships, curriculum, and leadership align to bring out the best in staff and students. As an affiliate of When the Adults Change, Anna supports leaders in embedding relational practice that balances care with clarity. Her approach helps reduce staff stress, lift attendance, and decrease behaviour incidents—creating the conditions where school improvement happens naturally. Through coaching, training, and curriculum design, Anna helps schools create the kind of culture everyone wants to be part of.
