Adam Davies, Head of Talent Development and Internal Communications at Gymshark, has been confirmed as a keynote speaker for the 11th Inspiring Leadership Conference (12 & 13 June 2025, ICC, Birmingham). 

A coach and leader in talent development, internal communications, and culture and performance, Adam combines his experience in elite sport and a rapidly growing commercial business to bring the human to leadership. First and foremost, he believes in putting people at the forefront of an organisation and engaging them with “a collective reason to graft” in order to elicit true performance.

At next year’s conference, Adam’s keynote will cover his leadership journey as well as his views on failing fast, honesty being a kindness, and how to deliver growth through change.
