She has encouraged and developed a culture of deep reflection across the Trust and all staff are encouraged to be leaders of learning in their classrooms. She has a passion for growing leaders and has had success in several schools in developing teachers from NQTs to senior leadership through a mix of coaching, structured development plans and school to school support. She has held an LLE role supporting the leadership teams of several schools across the primary phase.  All these school benefitted from her skills and knowledge which enabled her to challenge their practice and coach them to good and outstanding.

She believes passionately that all children should receive the best education possible and works with Trust staff to ensure that every child achieves or exceeds their goals. This, coupled with her commitment to working with a wide range of partners and networks to improve outcomes for pupils, ensures that the children in her Trust are afforded the best possible opportunities to succeed.

Claire is a leading ambassador for Women in Education, championing women who seek to develop their careers in education, she takes an active role in regional conferences and encourages visits to all the academies within Trust to showcase the learning that is taking place on a daily basis.

Inspire Learning Partnership has recently grown to a five school Trust with the expectation for further schools to join the Trust in the future.
